Magic School Bus Solar Energy To The Rescue' Kit Wows Industry Judges
Jamestown, RI (July 7, 2010) – When The Beatles sang 'Here Comes The Sun' they scored a No. 1 record. John Denver rode to the top of the charts with 'Sunshine On My Shoulders.' There's something about solar energy that makes everyone a winner. The Young Scientists Club entered their sunshine-y kit on solar energy, and naturally, they won a spot from Parents' Choice Foundation's ultra competitive Spring 2010 Awards. Their Magic School Bus Solar Energy To The Rescue science kit earned a Parents' Choice Recommended Seal.

The Young Scientists Club Receives Creative Child's 2010 Toy Of The Year Award
Jamestown, RI (July 7, 2010) – When it comes to our children's development the "nature vs. nurture" question looms as large as the biology's, "chicken before the egg," question. But for The Young Scientists Club, the important thing is to have smart, imaginative children who question the world around them. And because of how creatively the company’s science kits use nature to nurture, Creative Child has awarded its 2010 Toy of the Year Award for Educational Science Kits, to Science on a Tracking Expedition. This marks the second consecutive year that The Young Scientist's Club has taken away the top honor for one of its kits.

‘Science on a Gardening Adventure’ Kit Named Toy of The Year
Jamestown, RI (July 13, 2009) – The expression “scratching the surface” took on a whole new meaning to the judges at this year’s Creative Child Awards when they took a look at The Young Scientists Club’s five educational kits where kids get to explore their own backyard and beyond. Science on a Gardening Adventure was named 2009 Toy of the Year plus four other TYSC kits won high honors, sweeping the Educational Science Kits category.
